Mike began his career as a Credit Officer at Sinapi Aba savings and Loans Ltd (Nkawkaw Branch) and later rose through the ranks to become Branch Manager (Konongo Branch). Mike was part of the team who transformed Sinapi Aba Trust to Sinapi Aba Savings and Loans Ltd.
